Please seek legal advice whenever you are uncertain. Also, a gentle reminder to be vigilant in Identifying suspicious soliciting, bulk, spam or email invitations to trade or partner with unknown individuals.
Our Site is Totally Free in 2017 and 2018 . We Do not accept or Demand Commission for any of your sales or lettings.
Refund Policy on Cancellation of Listing
A full refund will be issued within three (3) days of your payment being cleared. However, you must first delete all images and details, within 48 hours of the time of posting. Then immediately after deleting your posting, notify us within this same 48 hours period of your actions stating that you wish to cancel your posting and would like a full refund having acted within the time specified.
Notify us by sending an email with details to finance@propertyparliament.com with a copy to contact@propertyparliament.com, with the subject: “Cancellation of Listings Within 48 hours- Refund Due”.
Some properties may be sold or rented or leased subject to contract on the day of posting where demand is high. Refunds will not be issued where 48 hrs have lapsed since properties have been posted, even if they have not been disposed.
Your Details
Your payment is processed entirely by PayPal and we do not store credit card details nor do we share customer financial details with any 3rd parties.
Your Obligation
Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully before you use Property Parliament. If you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions, do not use the site. You may not market any property on this website without the express permission of the competent owner/seller. Properties must also be marketed in compliance with the relevant and applicable laws of the country from which they were posted.
You must not makea false representation or provide a misleading description(s) and/or information to the site. It is your responsibility to ensure that your information is an accurate statement of facts.
You must not disclose confidential information about your client without their consent unless legally required to do so.
You must take reasonable steps to ensure your content posted to the site does not contain material which is defamatory of any person, obscene, offensive, discriminatory, unethical, immoral or hateful.
